What are the proper dosages for adults (...and for children)?Adults and children 15 years and over:
Begin by taking the regular dosage immediately after meals and before bedtime. If you don't notice a reduction in symptoms within 3 days, increase the dosage by 1 level spoon (2 capsules). If there is still no improvement, continue raising the dosage up to a maximum of 4 level spoons (8 capsules). For children from 8 to 14 years of age:

How long do I need to take the remedy?Everyone has different levels of tolerance to the herbs.
